Poult is century-old manufacturer of biscuits, who started in 2006, the radical reorganization of the management aimed to involve, empower and mobilize all employees in terms of innovation.

Process and organizational innovation, Thanks to this managerial innovation, the company can offer a service with higher added value to its customers, notably:

  • co-design of products: for certain clients including the company was previously a simple supplier (Auchan, Michel & Augustin);
  • open innovation with large high-tech companies and start-ups: internal allowing the development of new products such as a “connectable biscuit” – a complementary food personalized intended for patients undergoing long treatment, which combines pleasure and diet and which, thanks to printing of a barcode, produces useful tracking information to health professionals (compliance, periods and absorption frequency, etc.).
