replicate it. Another set of important studies concerns the ability to recognize the value of new external
                 information,  assimilate  it  and  apply  it  for  business  purposes,  which  is  particularly  linked  to  both
                 performance and behavioural aspects of human resources management.

                 Finally it is interesting to point out that most of the works are output coming from cross-national joint
                 researches and many are the teams where scholars and practitioners from different countries join forces
                 in common research projects
