The origin of Violanta can be traced back to a small neighbourhood bakery in Trikala, where the creation of premium bakery goods and bread was followed by their love and talent for confectionery. They turned their bakery into a business activity with a distinctive vision, the creation and production of quality, unique, and traditional flavours in cookies and biscuits, from recipes kindly left to them by their grandmothers!
